From failed components, to viruses, spyware, and other malware infections, as well as application conflicts, corrupted or non-booting operating Systems, and other ailments of your system, we have the cure. Let’s get your system up and running again!

Hardware & Software Upgrades

If you want to upgrade your system with more memory, a larger hard drive, a better graphics card, a Blu-ray player, or whatever – we can help find good prices on the parts your system needs to get it performing the way you want. Software installation & updates, as well as Operating System installs and updates, can all be taken care of for you.

Data Backup, Recovery, & Transfer

We provide data backup, recovery, and transfer for most types of personal computers and servers. For extreme catastrophic situations, we work with some specialists in the field, with clean rooms and specialized equipment.* Any data that is important to you is important to us, too.

New Computer Setup

We can setup your new computer or laptop, get rid of the bloatware, get your data moved over from another computer or backup, get the apps you need installed for you, and make sure your new investment gives you the best possible user experience.

Internet and Wi-Fi Network Setup and Configuration

If you’re having problems with your internet or Wi-Fi connectivity, we can help. If you need to extend or strengthen your Wi-Fi coverage, a mesh network may be the answer. We can help you iron out your network difficulties.

Printer Setup and Configuration

Printers don’t last forever. They get old or may not be compatible with your new computer’s operating system, They’re usually not expensive to replace and we can help ease the pain of getting them set up and getting you printing again.

Other Miscellaneous Services

We may provide other services not listed here, and do add services from time to time, as capabilities and staff allow. It doesn’t hurt to ask.

(We currently focus on Windows and Mac computers and laptops, and are currently not performing hardware repairs for phones, tablets, game consoles, printers or TVs. We’ll update if this changes.)

~ Rates for Services ~

For most standard in-house services, our current rate is $99 per hour.^‡
We offer a Student and Senior Discount for residential clients of $10 per hour off the standard rate.

In-office appointments are a half hour minimum; on-site appointments are a one hour minimum.

(^‡ Rates are occasionally adjusted for inflation and other economic factors.)
